The Clearing House Ltd is an upscale furniture consignment store. We are located in Timonium, Maryland, about 20 min. north of Baltimore. We are open Tuesday through Saturday, 10-5, and Sunday 12-4. We do consignment by appointment only Tues-Sat, 10:30-2:30. Our consignment split is 65% to the consignor for all items $31 and over. It is a 50% split for all items $30 and under. For your high ticket items we still offer the best consignment rate.
